The Packing Shed is fun, rustic and beautiful. Built from reclaimed barn wood, The Packing Shed is the perfect location for your rustic wedding or special event. Gather friends, family or your company in this very private, peaceful ranch location. With two large lawns to accommodate tents, a gazebo for food service and private parking. Located in Morro Bay and mostly green year round. I’m blessed to be on the recommended vendor list for this location. It is truly an honor.
Cole and Kai’s love story is really sweet. Cole’s parents were actually married at this venue, way before he was born. His family has been friends with the Owner’s for many years. I didn’t even know that when I suggested to them that the Packing Shed would be a great option for photos. Cole and Kai wanted to include their 6 dogs, yes I said 6. They were really well behaved and didn’t fuss when they had to wait in the car for the remainder of the session. I love to include fur babies in my photo sessions because our pets do feel like family. I have two loving German Sheppard, goofballs myself. Cole and Kai wanted to do a save the date photo and I loved how it turned out. Save the Date cards are a fun way to show off your personality and give your guests a preview of the style of your wedding. I even love doing a couple different versions to spice things up.
Outfit changes are a must for this location because there are several cool spots that give the photos a different feel. Inside, it is rustic and vintage but outside it is lush and green. I really like how this venue photographs in the early evening because of the natural slope of the hill. It gives guests an exclusive feel.
